Q#1- What is your return policy?

Eligibility for Returns:
- Eligible Items: Returns are accepted & processed as store credit for items such as handbags and Unused sunglasses. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, such as merchandise on sale, custom products (made to order, personalized, or requested items not normally carried by Little Red Mermaid), beauty products, or mystery boxes. If you have any questions about these items, please reach out to us BEFORE purchasing.
- Eligibility Inquiries: If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of an item for return, please reach out to us for clarification.
Return Conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging as received. Items not meeting these criteria will fail internal inspections and disqualify the return.
Refund Process:
- Approval: If your return is approved, it will be processed as store credit within 2 buiness day of approval.
- Store Credit: Customers will receive a code or store eCard that can be used on our website during checkout. The credited amount will be deducted from the total sale.

A#2- You can place your orders directly on the website by adding to cart, checkout and selecting your payment method. If you have a specific item in mind that is not currently listed, please reach out to us directly, and we will gladly assist in keeping an eye out for it on your behalf.
Q#3- Are your Bags and Items authentic?
A#3- Yes, all handbags offered by Little Red Mermaid are guaranteed to be authentic. We take great care in ensuring the authenticity of every item in our collection through thorough inspection and verification processes. You can shop with confidence knowing that each handbag you purchase from us is a genuine designer piece of the highest quality. We offer mobile Authentication Certificate upon request. If a printed Version is requested or a different vendor is requested, we will provide this service at an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.
Q#4- Can I cancel my order?
A#4- Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. For custom or personalized orders, please send an email immediately to request cancellation. Once an order has begun the fulfillment process, cancellation will not be possible. It is recommended to act promptly for any cancellation requests to ensure timely processing.
Q#5- Do you have a store front I can shop in?
A#5- Little Red Mermaid is not currently offering an in-person shopping experience. However, we are excited to announce that plans are underway to introduce in-person shopping in the state of New Jersey starting in the summer of 2024. Stay tuned for more information as we work towards enhancing your shopping experience with us.

A#7- By the end of 2024, Little Red Mermaid will be offering comprehensive real estate services in the state of New Jersey. Our focus will be on Atlantic County, Cape May, and Ocean County, providing a range of real estate solutions to meet your needs. Additionally, in early 2025, we will be introducing Construction Consulting and Management services for clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
